Traditional Meads
Mead at its most basic is honey wine. It is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting honey in water. Our traditional mead is made from South Carolina wildflower honey and is 12% alc. by vol. It is served as a 6 oz. pour.

Melomel (Fruit) Meads
A Melomel is a mead that contains fruit. The fruit can be fermented with the honey or it can added after fermentation. All of our melomels are 12% alc. by vol. and are served as a 6 oz. pour.

Metheglin (Spiced) Meads
A metheglin is a mead with added herbs and/or spices. All of our metheglins are 12% alc. by vol. and are served as a 6 oz. pour.

Oak & Barrel Aged Meads
There are a few ways to add oak to meads. A common method is to age meads in barrels. Oaking can also be achieved by inserting Oak Staves, Spirals or Chips. Our oak and barrel-aged meads are between 12% - 14% alc. by vol. and are served as a 6 oz. pour.

Cysers (Mead & Cider)
A cyser is a combination between a mead and a cider. It is made by blending and fermenting both honey and apple juice. Our cysers vary between 6% - 9% and are served as a 6 oz. pour.
Caramel Apple Cyser (GF)
Hydromel (Session) Meads
Hydromels are lighter, low ABV meads with a higher concentration of water. They can be compared to a session in the beer world. They are often carbonated to give them a little more body. Our hydromels vary between 5% - 6.9% alc. by vol. and are served as a 10 oz. pour.

Ciders
Ciders are cider made from fermented cider. Most ciders are made from apple cider, but there are also ciders made from other fruits, like pears. Our ciders vary between 4% - 6% alc. by vol. and are served as a 10 oz. pour.
